First up it’s a huge week of things on in the web3 space beginning with the BGIN (Blockchain Governance Initiative Network) events that began yesterday and continue to Wednesday. We’ll see some familiar faces in the community at this as Joey and Mitch of Soulbish bring it to town. See Arturo talking about ZK Proofs on Tuesday and myself on the use of AI in governing blockchain later today.
Check out some of the details in Mitch post here (and you can also watch it online if you cannot make it in person) https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7127476961395793920?updateEntityUrn=urn%3Ali%3Afs_feedUpdate%3A%28V2%2Curn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7127476961395793920%29

SPONSOR ANNOUNCEMENT
Here’s what the crew over at Stables have been cooking:
After taking out the Project of the Year and Startup of the Year at the 2023 Blockies Awards, Stables are off to Singapore and the Philippines for their first international events, hosting the VIP drinks at the YGG Web3 Gaming Festival alongside Base.
Last month they launched fiat offramps in the Philippines, allowing anyone to convert USDC into Philippine Peso in minutes. They also added DAI and PayPal USD to their supported stablecoins, with a hint that there may be more to come (as well as some more blockchains).

They strive to provide a more grassroots approach to promoting blockchain technology compared to other industry-focused organizations in Australia, and to provide a platform for community members to learn about and engage with this emerging technology.
